Our challenge was to design a series of three packages from the same tea brand that will visually communicate a state of mind. While maintaining a consistent visual identity.

Final Designs
For my final designs I decided to go with a of combination of the first two concepts. Where I used the idea of the flower teacup with a more simplified steam design coming out of the cup. I chose this combination of the two because I liked the way the two concepts went well together without overpowering the other. I also thought it helped convey the message that like the flowers used in the tea a persons mental state would “bloom” or change as a result of drinking the tea. The steam rising from the cup is a physical manifestation of this result. It also shows the desired mental state through the color palette purple for sleep and peacefulness, orange for energy and happiness, and blue for calmness and relaxation.
