Music App
Brief/Process
For this project we were tasked with creating a music app from start to finish one that would include one special flow. For mine I included a lyrics weather where the user could listen and go along with the music if they want. We started out with gathering data on competing apps and then conducted interviews with a variety of people to see what their thoughts were on the current ones available on the market as well as determining what would be beneficial to change in our design. We then went through the whole process of creating personas, napkin sketches. Low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity wireframes, the full prototype and then we went back to the same people to have them test out the completed prototype and make changes based off of the analysis.

Data Analysis
1. What were the demographics of each user you interviewed?
My demographics ranged from 18 to 27 the majority skewed to the latter though
2. What were the main challenges users had?
One of the main problems was being able to click on the buttons because they were too close together
3. What surprised you during the interview regarding user feedback?
How the users reacted to some of the smart animate features on some of the pages and that it was something they didn't like
4. What did you learn from the overall experience and what would you like to improve if you were to continue working on this app?
I would like to focus on making the lyrics page more interactive and possibly change some of the ways people interact with the app
For this part we went back to the original three people we interviewed and got their input on how they felt about other music apps and what they would like to see differently. I was able to go back to my original three people and the first two gave me some good feedback however the third was less than helpful. Overall it seemed like the users had few problems navigating the app and completing the directive. There were a few useful thighs they talked about and that I was able to implement. One other thing I did to make it more useful was get rid of the play button on the song list and just make it so it will take you to the song page that way clicking isn't an issue. As well as adding a bit more padding to specific elements to make it less cluttered.
